About Vertoz
What is Vertoz?
Vertoz (NSE: VERTOZ) is an AI-led advertising ecosystem engineered for outcomes. It connects advertisers and publishers through advertising technology, media representation, performance media buying and AI-driven capabilities.
Who does Vertoz work with?
On the buy side: brands, agencies and affiliate or performance marketers. On the sell side: web publishers, app developers, CTV and streaming owners, retailers and other media owners.
What are IncrementX and IngeniousPlex?
They are the technology platforms within Vertoz’s advertising business. IncrementX powers publisher representation and monetization; IngeniousPlex powers performance media buying.
Advertisers
How do I become an advertiser with Vertoz?
Create your account on the Advertiser Sign Up page, which is on the IngeniousPlex platform. Prefer to talk first? Talk to us.
Which traffic sources can advertisers buy?
Programmatic inventory (display, video and CTV, native, push and pop-under), Mobile OEM placements and parked-domain traffic, alongside the wider Media Ecosystem.
Which industries does Vertoz specialize in?
Advertiser industries include iGaming, entertainment and streaming, affiliate marketing, e-commerce and D2C, BFSI and fintech, education, real estate and automotive. See Industries.
Are all categories accepted in all markets?
No. Regulated categories are accepted only where lawful and where the advertiser holds any licences required.
Does Vertoz work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies keep strategy, creative direction and the client relationship; Vertoz takes responsibility for media execution. See What We Do.
What is performance advertising?
Advertising planned, bought and judged on a defined action such as an install, lead or sale. See Advertiser Solutions.
Which programmatic formats are available?
Display, video (including CTV), native, push and pop-under. The format guide explains what each is used for.
What is Mobile OEM advertising used for?
Mainly app discovery and installs, through placements that handset manufacturers build into their own stores and system apps. Availability depends on the market. See Mobile OEM Advertising.
Is parked-domain traffic the same as search?
No. A person navigates to a domain name rather than typing a query into a search engine. It is bought per visit and measured as its own source. See Parked Domain Advertising.
Publishers
How do I become a publisher partner?
Use the Publisher Sign Up enquiry form on the IncrementX platform. It is a partnership enquiry, not an instant account: the team reviews it and contacts you with next steps.
What does publisher representation mean?
Vertoz sells and manages your advertising inventory on your behalf with agencies, brands and programmatic buyers. See Publisher Representation.
Which inventory types are supported?
Web, in-app, CTV and streaming, and retail media, through open auction as well as PMP and PG deals.
Do I keep control of pricing and advertisers?
Yes. Floor prices, eligible buyers and advertiser categories follow your policies.
Who controls pricing in retail media representation?
The retailer. Inventory, pricing and eligible advertisers stay under the retailer’s control; Vertoz represents the inventory on agreed terms. See Retail Media Representation.
Do you represent CTV and streaming inventory?
Yes. Streaming services, FAST channels and CTV apps are represented to buyers through deals and, where the publisher allows, open auction. See CTV Representation.
How are websites and apps monetized?
Through programmatic demand, direct campaigns and private deals, with pricing and demand mix managed over time. See Web Publisher Solutions and In-App Monetization.
What is the difference between PMP and PG deals?
A private marketplace (PMP) is an invitation-only auction with no committed volume. Programmatic guaranteed (PG) fixes price and volume in advance. See PMP & PG Deals.
Can a buyer request a curated deal?
Yes. Packages around audiences or seasonal moments are assembled on request, and availability is confirmed each time. Use Request a Deal.
Solutions
What is the difference between a solution and a channel?
A solution is what Vertoz delivers and how you buy or monetize, for example Programmatic Advertising or Retail Media Representation. A channel is where advertising reaches audiences, for example Retail Media Advertising.
Which solution is right for an app developer?
To acquire users, see Mobile OEM Advertising and Programmatic Advertising. To earn advertising revenue from an app, see In-App Monetization.
Can one company be both an advertiser and a publisher?
Yes. Many apps and retailers buy media and sell inventory. Each side has its own solutions and its own team.
Channels and formats
How many channels are in the Media Ecosystem?
Thirteen: search, social, video and CTV, display and native, retail media, influencer, DOOH, audio, OEM, messaging, content and paid PR, walled gardens and parked domains. See Channels.
Is everything bought programmatically?
No. Display, native, video, CTV, push, pop-under and audio are. Mobile OEM and parked domains are separate traffic sources. Search, social, walled gardens, influencer, messaging and paid PR run on their own platforms.
Are push and pop-under separate channels?
No. They are formats within programmatic advertising. See Push & Pop-under Advertising.
Where does CTV sit?
Within programmatic Video & CTV, not as a separate top-level channel.
AI and agentic capabilities
How does Vertoz use AI?
As a decision-support layer for audience prioritization, pacing, signal normalization and anomaly detection. See AI-Powered Optimization.
What is agentic advertising?
Media buying and selling carried out by AI agents acting for advertisers and publishers. See Agentic Advertising.
Which AI capabilities are in production?
AI-driven optimization supports campaigns and publisher yield today. Agentic Buying and Agentic Selling are in early access. Wider agent interoperability is planned and in development.
Does AI act without human approval?
No. Agents and automation work within limits set by the advertiser or publisher, and material commitments are approved by people.
Is Agentic Buying fully automated?
No. Agents find inventory and propose plans within your limits; approval of plans, terms and spend stays with you. See Agentic Buying.
What is a seller agent?
Software that answers for a publisher when a buyer’s agent asks what inventory is available and on what terms. IncrementX’s seller agent is in early access, with agent connectivity in development. See Agentic Selling.
Onboarding and partnership
What happens after I sign up as an advertiser?
Registration takes place on the IngeniousPlex platform. Accounts are subject to review, and some categories need additional checks depending on the market.
What happens after I submit the publisher partner form?
The team reviews your properties for quality and policy fit and contacts you to discuss scope, markets and next steps.
Are commercial terms published?
No. Pricing, minimums and payment terms depend on the market, category and scope, and are agreed during onboarding.
Can I talk to someone before signing up?
Yes. Use the contact page.
Measurement and reporting
How does Vertoz report results?
Against the outcome agreed at the start, such as leads, sales, installs or revenue, alongside delivery and pacing. See Measurement & Accountability.
Can results be compared across channels?
Platforms report differently, so signals are normalized before they are compared, and your own conversion data is used where you share it.
What do publishers see?
Revenue by demand source, deal and placement, with fill and pricing.
Regional services
Which regional sites does Vertoz have?
Global, United States, India and China. Commercial pages have regional editions; company, resources and investor pages are shared.
How do I change region?
Use the region selector in the header. Your choice is remembered, and it takes priority over any automatic regional landing.
What does Vertoz offer in China?
In China, Vertoz connects Chinese advertisers and publishers with global advertising opportunities: it helps Chinese advertisers reach global audiences through performance advertising, and connects Chinese publishers with global advertising demand. See the China site.
Is iGaming advertising offered everywhere?
No. It is offered only in jurisdictions where it is lawful and the advertiser is licensed. It is not offered in India.
